Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 1, line 1, following "Base" (title amendment): Insert "and Eielson Air Force Base" Page 2, line 13, following "Base": Delete "has" Insert "and Eielson Air Force Base have" Page 2, line 20, following "Base": Insert "or Eielson Air Force Base" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kott objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS SJR 3(MLV) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SJR 3(MLV) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS SJR 3(MLV) pass the House?"
